Cancellation Policy

Session validity: All sessions must be scheduled and completed within 90 days of purchase. Unused sessions expire after this period and are non-refundable. Location & travel: Sessions include travel within a 10-mile radius of 95110. Sessions requested outside this radius incur a $20 travel fee per session, billed at time of booking. Scheduling: Sessions must be booked in advance through [see booking link]. Same-day booking is subject to trainer availability. Cancellation & rescheduling: Cancellations or reschedule requests require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will forfeit the session. Trainer cancellation: If the trainer must cancel a session, it will be rescheduled at no cost to the client and does not count against the package. Payment: Full payment is due at time of purchase. Packages are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law. Non-transferable: Sessions are personal to the purchasing client and may not be shared, gifted, or resold. Health & safety: Client confirms they are physically able to participate in exercise and will disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to each session. Training is undertaken at the client's own risk. Facility access: Where sessions take place at a third-party facility (e.g., 24 Hour Fitness), the client is responsible for maintaining any required facility membership or guest access unless otherwise agreed in writing. Rate lock: Pricing is guaranteed for the duration of the package. Renewal pricing may differ and will be communicated prior to purchase.
